ModulARC RP-250 Welding Robots

igm's RP-250 work cell is used where in addition to the six robot axes, the welding robots requires a single added degree of freedom.  This additional axis is provided by the headstock positioners.  The RP-250 will accommodate parts up to 1500 mm (59.1”) long (including tooling).

  • RR-1002 rotation – Approx. 3.5 seconds/180°

  • Two (2) RP 250A headstock positioners 

  • Two (2) RB 250R tailstock positioners

  • 500Kg (1,100 lbs.) combined payload capacity

  • Servomotor control of RP250A axes
